This walk-around tasting will feature a lineup of perfectly chilled LAMBRUSCO in all its styles - light, dry, and fruit-forward - alongside a selection of regional wines that capture the spirit of the season.

At the center of the evening, Giovanni will be cracking and carving a full wheel of PARMIGIANO REGGIANO - a true spectacle and celebration of one of Italy’s most iconic cheeses. Enjoy a tasting of PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA, sliced fresh, and discover the layered complexity of traditional BALSAMIC VINEGAR from MODENA, aged to perfection.

Bright, effervescent, and effortlessly delicious, this is Emilia-Romagna in spring - an evening of exceptional wine, iconic ingredients, and the simple pleasure of gathering together.
